Returns & Exchange


 You are welcome to return the goods purchased  if the wrong size has been ordered. You have 30 days from the date of  purchase to return the items for a exchange or store credit. 

The item being returned must be in as- sold  condition. This means the item hasn’t been worn or washed, all tags are  still attached and no marks or stains. 

All postage charges are covered by you. You  are required to return the item in a tracked sachet along with an extra  tracked sachet for us to send your swap back. 

If the size you wish to exchange for isn’t available we will have to let you know if we are able to re order the item back in. 

Jewellery, underwear, bathers and accessories are NON refundable or exchangeable.
